Network Update: IPv4 and IPv6 Fully Restored

Hello,

We are pleased to inform you that network functionality for both IPv4 and IPv6 has been fully restored. Unfortunately, we were unable to complete the planned hardware refresh due to timing constraints, unavailable resources, and unforeseen circumstances. As a result, we rolled back to the existing hardware and implemented a workaround to address the current bug.

Important:

  • IPv6 connectivity issues have been resolved as of 16:00 WAT today.

  • IPv4 was restored as of 17:00 WAT yesterday.

  • A known hardware bug caused the maintenance yesterday. Since the hardware has not yet been replaced, addressing this will remain a task for a later time. In the meantime, we will try and maintain the IPv6 stability we currently have after the maintenance.

We apologize for the additional 24 hours it took to resolve the IPv6 issue and sincerely appreciate your patience while we worked to fully restore services.
