Services are now back up.
Apologies for the interruption. We worked as quickly as we could with our upstream to get the network back up.
Ultimately, as the issue was not within our network but rather with our upstream's network, there was little we could do but inform them in a timely manner which was done within 3minutes of the outage being noticed.
