We will be carrying out scheduled network maintenance on Sunday, 28th December, affecting our Nigeria location only.
This maintenance is required to implement routing optimizations, firmware upgrades, and bug remediation across our network devices to improve stability and performance.
Start: 1:00 PM WAT
End: 6:00 PM WAT
Estimated downtime: 1–2 hours
Maximum possible network interruption: Up to 5 hours
While we expect downtime to be minimal, customers should plan for potential service interruptions throughout the maintenance window.
Downtime is expected during this maintenance.
No data loss is expected.
Servers and services will return in the same state as prior to the maintenance, as only network devices are being worked on.
Customers who have been specifically awaiting this work will be reimbursed for time lost during our recent change freeze, during which configuration changes were not possible.
Customers whose workflows may be impacted should take appropriate action in advance.
We are able to provide temporary servers for customers who need to remain online during the maintenance window.
Please note that temporary services will be hosted in the USA for the duration of the work.
