Hello.
We have noticed an issue with our server in Salt Lake City that may require a reboot as the server is unresponsive and cannot be managed via IPMI.
All efforts will be made to get the server back online as soon as possible and to retain data, however, due to spontaneousness of the issue and lack of access to view logs, there may be a chance that data may be lost.
We will revert with further information as soon as possible.
