This is a reminder of the scheduled network maintenance in our Lagos, Nigeria location on Sunday, 14th September 2025, from 12PM WAT.
As communicated earlier, this work is required to replace faulty hardware affecting IPv6 performance. During this window, you should expect:
Downtime/instability for up to 5 hours
Multiple interruptions as the new device is deployed and optimised
Only network connectivity will be affected – your servers and data will remain intact once connectivity is restored
While we do not expect data loss, we strongly encourage you to take personal backups now of any sensitive or critical information as an extra precaution.

When maintenance begins
